The Michigan Supreme Court has agreed to hear a challenge against the approval of Enbridge’s (NYSE:ENB) Line 5 tunnel project brought by Tribal Nations, arguing the Michigan Public Service Commission violated state laws by approving the project, Nexstar Media reported Friday.
